Jonathan Frakes is a producer, actor, and director on The WB sci-fi series Roswell. Frakes portrays "himself" on the show.

Frakes is best known for his role as Commander William T. Riker on Star Trek: The Next Generation.
Frakes was an executive producer and director on Roswell, and he had uncredited cameo appearances in three episodes.
Plot summary[]
As a character on the show, Frakes hosts a UFO festival.[1] For the UFO Center's 10th anniversary, Frakes is a celebrity guest. He asks Max why he doesn't have a suite, and Max says he will look into it. Star Trek actors William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy were also meant to attend the event, but they cancelled, leaving Frakes as the only celebrity guest. He does photo ops with guests, and places his handprints in cement.[2]
